Classes We Offer
Hatha Yoga (Every 1st and 3rd Sunday)
On the first and third Sundays of each month, immerse yourself in the timeless tradition of Hatha Yoga. Kundalini Yoga (Every 2nd and 4th Sunday)
Experience the dynamic energy of Kundalini Yoga on the second and fourth Sundays of the month. Donations
To make yoga accessible to everyone in our community, we operate on a donation basis. We suggest a contribution of $15 per class, but no one is turned away for lack of funds. Your generous donations directly support our mission to provide high-quality yoga instruction and create a positive impact within our community.
